On February 7 (2026) FOF Advocacy Inc. (a not for profit) corporation acquired Fortress of Freedom Inc. (a for profit) corporation by purchasing all 10,000 shares from its owner Maurice Ali for a token amount of one dollar (CAN).
This purchase will allow the FOF Advocacy Inc. ownership over the general assets not covered by pre-existing contracts with the exception of the physical and intellectual property of Maurice Ali which he owns. These are licensed to FOF Advocacy Inc. via a contract for its advocacy and can be revoked at any time by Maurice Ali. This prevents the possible future misuse of those concepts and ideas and other assets that may run contrary to the spirit and intention as they were originally intended.
The constitutions of both companies, management and staff at both organizations remain as before.
