On April 3 (2026) FOF Advocacy Inc. a (not for profit) corporation acquired FOF Records Inc. a (for profit) corporation by purchasing all 10,000 shares from its owner FOFSTOCK for a token amount of one dollar (CAN).



This purchase will allow the FOF Advocacy Inc. ownership over the general assets of FOF Records Inc. going forward. The record label carries on as before with no changes to operation or staff at the corporation.



The constitutions of both companies, management and staff at both organizations remain as before.
