I am posting an advisory to anyone not fluent in legalese thinking of attempting to read or understand any of the CRTC regs on the link you have included here - DONT!!! Unless you want a headache or have a severe need to wade through definitions, clauses, subsections and an outrageous amount of nonsense.

I cant see "A slant on life and living" getting this approval in it's present state, but I honestly dont care, after attempting to glean something from that document.
